Consumer Privacy Rights Request
For all written requests, it is helpful to put the statement “Consumer Privacy Rights” in the body of your request, describe the nature of your request, and supply your name, street address, city, state, and zip code. In your request, you need to attest to the fact that you are a resident in the state in which you provided an address and provide a current address for our response.
