Its the model placed above the Audi S4 in terms of overall performance with an RS4 model available for B5, B7 and B8 chassis. The RS initials stand for Renn Sport which translates to Racing Sport. Its only available in Quattro and features the latest technology being at the highest tier.An RS4 Avant version was available in for sale in 2000 for most on Europe. You can easily identify an Audi RS4 by the modified body panels, aggressive front and rear bumpers, spoiler and signature RS4 badge. An RS4 wasnt available for the B6 chassis but it returned for the B7 chassis and arrived in North America for the 2007 model year and ended in 2008.
